• Strict Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from saving, downloading, screenshotting, reproducing, scraping, or altering any image or media file on this website.

3. Model Applications and Online Submissions

If you submit an application or digital photographs through our online talent scout portal, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

• You warrant that you are the rightful owner of the photographs, or that you have obtained express written permission from the photographer to submit them.
• You confirm that all profile information provided (including age, contact points, and physical measurements) is completely accurate.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee representation, an audition, or a response from our scouting team. We review all submittals but only reach out to applicants we wish to interview.

4. Specific Rules for Minor/Child Submissions

If you are submitting an online profile for a model who is under the age of 18 (a minor):

• Guardian Status: You represent and warrant that you are the legal parent or court-appointed legal guardian of the minor applicant.
• Communication Flow: All communications, castings, and scheduling must go directly through the verified parent or guardian. We will never communicate with a minor directly through this website or secondary messaging channels.
• Verification: We reserve the right to request official proof of age and legal guardianship status at any stage of the review process.

5. Online Talent Application Disclosures & Scam Awareness

• Official Communications: We only communicate using official email addresses ending in @theoptionagency.com. We do not contact talent via Gmail, Yahoo, or free email domains.
• Safety Warning: Be alert to digital scammers or impostors pretending to be our scouts on social media platforms. Our official representatives will never ask you for money, modeling course fees, or explicit/compromised photographs.

6. Prohibited Website Use

You agree not to misrepresent your identity, attempt to breach website security protocols, or use automated systems (bots, spiders, or scrapers) to pull data or imagery from our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability
